I'm having connection issues with the new internet service provider called "BrightSpeed". It bought all of CenturyLink's assets as of October 3rd in 2022, and it's been having internet outages to 88% of its customers, including me and my mother and sister. Who else has problems?

Once again, after unsuccessfully “DM..ing” for a couple of days with Brightspeed, I’m still Having problems with CenturyLink (Brightspeed) internet service! Hard to get to a live person, and when you do, I can not understand them, and they can not understand me! Any suggestions?

Another day. Another call being told my @CenturyLink @CenturyLinkHelp they can't restore my services and have no eta for when they can. Gfast is awful, if you ever into to a "connected community", immediately walk away. We have lost about $1600 as wfh due to this.

@Brightspeedco of this is the wonderful internet company , we in 65560 are without internet AGAIN. CenturyLink was just as bad, but we at least had a correct phone number to call.
